Marina Machado Masterclass was held at Dawn Welton Cake School in Bermondsey, London with 10 students from America, Spain and Uk last November.
I didn’t want to miss meeting my cake idol and to learn not only new Chocolate Ganache techniques but some delicious cake flavours and fillings.
